Kit Tuveson
CFM, IFMA Fellow, Senior Director
Kit enjoyed a 36-year Hewlett-Packard career, including responsible positions in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Line Management, Facilities Management and Environmental Health & Safety. He managed facilities teams, global program managers, cross-functional teams, and served as Global Director Facility Management Operations and Global Director of Environmental Health & Safety.
A graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Kit is a Certified Facility Manager. As IFMA’s Board Chairman (1997-1998), he instituted their formal Association Strategic Planning process, and is currently President of the FM Consultant’s Council of IFMA.
Kit’s consulting assignments include: advising SynapSense Corporation (Wireless Sensor Monitoring technology and solutions), a high-tech start-up company, on FM strategy and implementation; development and instruction for IFMA’s new Sustainable FM course; revision of the IFMA CFM exam review course; development of a new California State University Sacramento Certificate Program on Greening Your Business and Sustainable FM; lecturing at Hong Kong Polytechnic University; and Facility Management organizational redesign at Vision Service Plan.
Doug Aldrich
CFM, IFMA Fellow, Senior Director
Doug spent 18 years in FM with Dow Corning after completing two decades of varied technical, business and management positions with the company. His global responsibilities focused primarily on laboratories, including design, construction and operation, as well as EHS governance. His eight major Dow Corning projects spanned the Americas, Europe and Asia, including China.
Most recently, he served as VP-GM of a startup division with a major construction company before establishing Facilities and Futures, a consulting firm. Active in his profession, Doug co-founded an R&D facility networking council, and then served on IFMA’s board of directors, culminating as chairman in 1998–99. He participated on the board of an architectural firm, wrote several articles and has been featured on two magazine covers and a book. He presents relevant topics to a variety of audiences, and is dedicated to universities in many capacities, including strategy, recruiting and consulting. Doug recently completed a term as president of his alumni association.
Robert Gregoire
Principal
Bob has spent the last 28 years leading and executing change within organizations with an emphasis on strategic planning and deployment. As a Principal within Viewco, Bob is responsible for servicing the diverse needs of a growing client base along with management of the practice. Prior to Viewco, Bob founded a start up national outsourcing firm, which was later sold to CH2M Hill to form IDC Facilities West. As CEO, he focused on the delivery of innovative outsourcing strategies for Fortune 500 companies and led the company to a dominant position within the industry.
Prior to IDC, he led a regional facilities management firm servicing midsize to large organizations. His experience also includes a variety of consulting endeavors and executive management positions in both the for-profit and social sectors.
Bob served on the Board of Directors and as Regional Vice President for the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) In addition, he has also served on the Board of Directors and is a member of The Rotary Club of Davis. Other memberships include: American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and his local Chamber of Commerce.
